I began my career in the insurance industry 4 days after graduating from university with a BA in Psychology, and built a successful career over the following 10 years. Somewhere along the way, I realized it was not quite the right fit for me. After shifting my outlook from negative to positive, I began attracting opportunities into my life that lead me to a fulfilling coaching career. I have always been a "dreamer", and I have learned how to make these dreams come true. I have a strong personal foundation that enables me to live a balanced and harmonious life. I only do the things I love and I wake up each and every day excited to see what the universe has waiting for me. I have always had a passion for helping others and have chosen coaching as the vehicle that will allow me to reach the most people. My strong sense of fairness and integrity has led me to success in all areas of my life and will continue to drive me along my future path. I love walks in nature, and the inspiration and creativity that comes with it. I have therefore incorprated these walks into my coaching practice.
